Initial capacity is 400 MMcfd with a maximum capacity of 660 MMcfd. Projected in-service date is November 15, 2010. TransCanada Corporation’s Pathfinder Pipeline – 2 segments: 500 mile, 42 inch diameter natural gas pipeline from Wamsutter, WY, to Morton County, North Dakota, intertie at Northern Border Pipeline Company System. Initial capacity of 1.2 Bcfd. Segment 2: an additional 275 miles from the Northern Border intertie to Noyes, Minnesota and Emerson, Manitoba. Expansion capabilities of up to 2 Bcfd. Williams, ONEOK NGL Lateral: 150 mile, 14 inch natural gas liquids line originating from an existing processing facility and a proposed “Willow Creek Processing Facility” to be located in Rio Blanco County within the Piceance Basin to interconnect at Echo Springs, WY, on the Overland Pass NGL Pipeline project that begins in Opal, WY. At $120 CAPEX, the lateral line has the potential to transport 100,000 barrels per day.
